Fabric Information
Our fabric is 100% mulberry silk in grade 6A, specifically 16mm silk jacquard fabric.
Please note: Our silk fabrics undergo a shrinkage process of 3%-6% according to export standards. This is done to minimize shrinkage and maintain the garment's shape after washing, ensuring durability and longevity.
Washing Instructions
1. **Avoid Machine Washing:** Dry cleaning or gentle hand washing is recommended. Ensure water temperature does not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
2. **Handle with Care:** Avoid prolonged soaking and vigorous rubbing to remove water. Wash and dry immediately, ideally within three to five minutes. Gently shake the garment on the reverse side and allow it to drip dry in a cool and well-ventilated place.
3. **Use Special Detergents:** For silk, use detergents specifically formulated for delicate fabrics. Avoid using regular detergent, soap, or strong acid and alkali detergents.
4. **Separate Colors:** Wash dark and light colors separately to prevent color bleeding and mutual dyeing.
5. **Ironing:** If ironing is necessary, iron the garment on the reverse side at a low temperature (below 110 degrees Celsius) when it is 70% to 80% dry. Avoid high temperatures to maintain fabric gloss and prevent shrinkage.
