Store Credit Refund Policy • Return for Store Credit Only or Exchange Only

We have a 7-day store credit return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive store credit. Currently all our products in our shop are limited edition, so you'll receive the store credit once we receive the return. As many of you already like so many of our products, we'll reach a satisfactory solution. Thanks for your understanding!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at blessings@jadeempress.tech. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store credit purchases and exchanges are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store credit purchases and exchanges are final sale.


Refunds by Store Credit Only
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund by store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit. Please remember it can take some time for the system to process and post the refund too.

How it works

Return period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. The 14‑day window starts on the delivery date of that final item and includes weekends and public holidays.

Cancellation period

Orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Use the self‑serve cancellation option in your order confirmation or email the store.

No‑reason return

You do not need to give a reason to return an item.

Return shipping

The customer pays the cost of sending the goods back.

Restocking fee

None.

Final‑sale items

Sale items, items purchased with store credit, and limited‑edition items cannot be returned or refunded. Please check eligibility before buying.

How to start a return

Email the store at blessings@jadeempress.tech before the return period ends. You can also use the self‑serve returns portal. The store will confirm receipt of your request.

Refund timing

Once the returned goods are received, the store will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation process

To cancel, email the store at blessings@jadeempress.tech or use the self‑serve cancellation option in your order confirmation.
